PICUAL: It is an EVOO of great strength and body, with hints of wood, banana, as well as freshly cut grass. Its flavor is slightly bitter and spicy and its aroma is reminiscent of fruity herbs. It is an EVOO that withstands high temperatures very well, making it perfect for fried chicken, vegetables or fish.
