This extra virgin olive oil is made from Arbequina olives harvested at their optimum point of harvest, resulting in a unique and distinctive aroma, texture, color and flavor. Harvesting is done entirely by hand and is immediately transported to our mill where our oil, once extracted at low temperature, is stored in cold rooms and tanks with inert atmosphere until bottling.
Golden yellow color with greenish reflections. Intensely fruity due to the predominant aromas of apple and ripe bananas with other green, citrus and balsamic notes of dried fruits, aromatic herbs and artichokes.
The palate is sweet, with light and lasting bitter and spicy notes. Easy, smooth and light on the palate.
