100 % Mediterranean ORGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend of several varieties of certified organically grown olives.
No mechanical process is used to harvest the olives, they are picked manually and transported to the mill. After a cold extraction process, the oil is stored in modified atmosphere tanks.
This extra virgin olive oil is certified by the Valencian Community Organic Farming Committee.
